We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping, which usually takes 2-3 business days. Costs will be displayed during checkout.

Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount. Please check our homepage for current promotions.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. For customers outside the U.S., please check back for future updates on international shipping.

Delivery Time

Shipping Address Errors

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly when placing your order. Mussa & S is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@mussa-s.com. Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.

Shipping Delays

In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, holidays, or weather disruptions. We will do our best to notify you of any delays and provide updates on the status of your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
