Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
    • Opened or used baby skincare products.
    • Feeding accessories such as bottles and nipples.
    • Any item not in its original condition or packaging.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we are happy to help under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

  2. Return & Exchange Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we will ship the exchanged item to you at no additional cost (excluding express shipping).
  3. Processing Time: Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure that all products are in perfect condition when they leave our warehouse. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
